1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Revenue & Land Records Services application ("LR Manipur") and web portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as mandated by the Land Resources Department, Government of Manipur.

2. Accuracy & Authenticity of Information

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, personal details, and documents submitted during application filings (including but not limited to Change of Land Use (CLU), Allotment of Land, and Permission of Registration) are genuine, accurate, complete, and legally valid under law.

3. Aadhaar Authentication & Consent

By opting for Aadhaar-based authentication within the app or web portal, you provide legal consent for your identity details to be processed solely for identity verification and official service authentication in accordance with statutory guidelines.

4. Processing Timelines & Statutory Guidelines

Submission of an application through the mobile app or portal does not guarantee automatic approval. All applications undergo thorough inspection and statutory verification by authorized Revenue Authorities in accordance with State Land Revenue laws. Applicable official processing fees and statutory timelines apply.

5. Prohibited Activities & Misuse

Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents or fraudulent data is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense punishable under applicable State and Central land revenue laws and the Information Technology Act.
